I cannot state enough how Kaizen helped me in my warehouse. I am running a warehouse in such a way to reach lean manufacturing status and to do so is not easy. With the Kaizen system, I am able to work towards it more easily through paying attention to what the system says should be done. I would never have made the changes I have made without the help of the system and also not without the help of the employees. If they do not adapt, nothing will work. My warehouse seems to be in a much better state and reaching lean manufacturing status should be a lot easier.
