While calories fuel our body with energy, we have to do away all the extra ones that you don’t need.  This is very important if we want to reduce tummy fat and get a slimmer tummy or even those six pack abs. Calorie counting may seem extreme and complicated and is really unnecessary if you are eating healthy foods.  If you continue to eat junk foods and fast food, you are taking in more calories in one meal then you require for an entire day.  This is what I learned when I got the exercises for a flatter tummy.   Eating healthy you don’t have to worry to much about calories.  However some fast food places say they have healthy choices, but you are more tempted to cheat if you go there.  My suggestion, don’t.  Pack a lunch and eat breakfast to avoid these situations.
