In a recent research by University of Oxford obesity could affect mortality and for those who are extremely overweight could lose an average of between 10 to 15 years of their life.It was reported that obesity could also lead to diabetes, heart disease and cancer and the risks become greater as we become older. The best solution to avoid obesity related disease is to stay slim.To stay slim and healthy we all have a role to play in our weight management. It is accepted that the best way to lose weight is to have a healthy lifestyle which involve a change of diet with more vegetables, fruits, lean meat etc. To further enhance our health, we need to be more active by having physical exercises at least 30 minutes a day for at least 3 to 4 time a week.
