I hate my new microwave! It has driving me crazy lately. I have kill a lot of brain cells inorder to learn how to use my new microwave through the instruction booklet. Still, I don’t quite understand how to do it yet.  In my opinion, the best microwave should have easy to use controls and functions, instead of instructions that confuse you to no end. I am starting to regret getting a convection microwave with grill and bake options as I don’t even know how to use it now! I called up the store, but after following their instructions, I still have no idea how to switch between the various modes.
