The Drawbacks of a Chicago Loop Apartment
Home July 4th. 2009, 6:19amMy friend is considering moving to a loft apartment in downtown Chicago. I have lived down there before, so I wanted her to be aware of a few things. Sometimes in a Chicago Loop Apartment building, you don’t have control over when the building’s Heat and A/C is switched form one to another. You may be dependent on the Maintenance crew to do that. Also, sometimes the noise level is a little high, especially in lofts with high timber ceilings. There are many rules and regulations in these apartments as well. All in all, if you want a really good apartment building, you may have to put up with a few inconveniences like these, but the benefits far outweigh these things.
