I can’t work anymore.
Insurance December 23rd. 2011, 1:03amI used to make a whole lot of money because I was a pretty damn good salesman. Anyway, when I got in an accident, I lost a good deal of my hearing, my ability to speak clearly, and I can’t sit for long hours. Bottom line, I can’t be a salesperson. I get some disability from Social Security, but I kick myself that I didn’t pick up supplemental insurance for disability situations like mine. I’m lucky because I made enough money before I got hurt that between the disability and the income from my stock accounts I get by okay. It would be great to be able to afford expensive restaurants again, though.
