My son and his wife are getting a divorce and I am so sad about it. I really thought that they were stronger than that, but they are just giving up. They have two young children and I am so grieved to see the kids have to go through this. I think that my son’s decision is a very poor one. However, I have told him that if he is going through with this, he needs to know the New York child custody laws really well.
