Gone are the days where learning to read and write was compulsory to acquiring knowledge; not anymore because of the technology of audio books. Thanks to audio book technology, one can now also listen to fun and entertainment books, like novels, etc without necessarily having the reading/writing knowledge.

Most people just cannot compare the joy of “listening” to their favorite book with spending time to read it; this has caused many to prefer audio books to traditional books. It is now increasingly difficult to find a book title that does not come in audio book format and physical book format. On a closer look you will notice that one saves a huge amount of time “listening” to a book while driving than the hours that would have been spent seated in one spot reading a book.
