While there are quite a few places that I wouldn’t mind going out on a boat, there is one place that is rated to be the best for a Yacht Charter.  The British Virgin Islands is by far the best place to take a ride as it is offers the best water and air temperatures along with a consistent wind speed, making it easy to get around from island to island.  I myself have taken a tour of the islands on a boat and I found it to be the funnest, most relaxing vacation I have ever taken.  I had an exceptionally great time.
